Sports & fitness has been a part of my life as an athlete and in my career for over 25 years. My life and the lives of others have physically, mentally, and emotionally transformed right before my eyes. Sports Performance Training is very rewarding due to the opportunity to help others achieve their physical goals. It is for these reasons that I decided and continue to pursue a career in physical/sports training. My goal is to help everyone gain as much control of their physical lives as possible, which in turn will create mental & emotional well being.
